Quick BI supports both single-resource and bulk authorization. On the Centralized Authorization page, permission administrators can view all resources in the organization and grant permissions by resource or by user.
Use scenarios
Multiple departments share a data decision-making system, and a permission administrator needs to grant specific permissions to employees across departments in a centralized manner.
Entry
A permission administrator logs on to the Quick BI控制台, clicks Settings in the top navigation bar, and then chooses Centralized Authorization > Authorize by Resource or Authorize by User in the left-side navigation pane.
Procedure

Authorize by Resource: manages BI portals, dashboards, and workbooks at a fine-grained level and provides a global view of permission assignments.
