In Quick BI, you can pin data cards from different dashboards to a personal Card Kanban. This lets you view all the data you follow on one page. This topic describes how to create and manage a Card Kanban.
Card Kanban is not supported in Internet Explorer (IE). For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Safari.
Use cases
Scenario 1
Use the Card Kanban feature to track data from multiple dashboards. You can pin the specific data cards you follow to your Card Kanban, rearrange them, and save your most frequently used filter conditions.

Scenario 2
To easily share and discuss data in collaboration tools like DingTalk, WeCom, or Feishu, use the data card sharing feature in a Card Kanban or a dashboard. You can share one or more data cards to your collaboration platform for viewing and discussion, fostering a data-driven company culture.

Card data and query conditions
Query condition inheritance
When you pin a card, it inherits all applicable query conditions, including dashboard-level, tab-level, and component-level query conditions.
For example, the card "Bar Chart - Annual Sales Data" has three active query conditions: Region and Province are dashboard-level conditions, and Year is a component-level query condition.
You can pin this card to a Card Kanban as shown in the image.
On the Card Kanban, you can see that all three query conditions have been carried over to the card.
Filter value persistence
Non-date conditions
Rule: Active filter values are carried over when you pin the card. You can change these values. Changes you make on the Card Kanban are saved across sessions.
Application example
Pin a card to a Card Kanban as shown in the image, with the query condition set to the Northeast region.
On the Card Kanban, the pinned card displays the Northeast query condition, and you can change this value.
Date conditions
Rule: The filter always resets to its default value and automatically updates each time you open the kanban. For example, if the default is T-1 (yesterday), the card always shows the latest data. You can change the date for the current session, but your selection is not saved.
Example
A date filter defaults to T-1. On 2023-11-22, you select 2023-11-19 and pin the card.

After you pin the card, the date automatically updates to 2023-11-21 (the new T-1 value). In the future, it will always default to the T-1 date, though you can still change the date for your current viewing session.

Query condition updates
Principle: Any updates to dashboard-level, tab-level, or component-level query conditions on the source dashboard automatically sync to the pinned card in the Card Kanban. A notification appears on the card to indicate that the conditions have changed.

You can also share multiple cards.

On the Card Kanban, the pinned card displays the Northeast query condition, and you can change this value.
