The Pre-configure data assets feature allows administrators to pre-package frequently used data resources from a department or business module into a standardized asset package and deliver it to target business users. This enables business users to create new analysis tasks without manually configuring or searching for data. They can directly use curated data assets that have been pre-filtered and validated. This topic describes how to pre-configure and manage asset packages.

Prerequisites

  • Edition purchase: Your organization has purchased the Quick BI AIPro edition.

  • Permission requirements: Only administrators (users with **centralized management** permission for AIPro) can access the Management Center to add and manage asset packages. For more information about how to configure permissions, see User permissions.
