Quick BI provides a Feishu mini program that lets employees view reports on the Feishu mobile client. A Feishu administrator can activate the mini program for their enterprise and authorize the Feishu API in Quick BI. After employees bind their accounts or are added as organization members, they can access reports on mobile devices.

Prerequisites

You must be a Feishu administrator and have Feishu installed and registered.

Limitations

  • Starting October 31, 2024, API calls for the Feishu Basic (Free) Edition are limited to 10,000 per month due to Feishu restrictions. To increase this quota, upgrade to another Feishu edition. For more information, see Feishu's Adjustment to API Call Quota for Custom Apps.

  • Quick BI Professional Edition supports up to five authorized enterprises, which is useful when subsidiaries or branch offices need to access the same Quick BI instance.

Procedure

On the Feishu API Authorization page, click Add Authorization to complete enterprise authorization in the Add New Authorization dialog box.

Step 3: Configure the mini program

Note

Accounts synchronized from office productivity software, such as DingTalk, Feishu, or Lark, can create and edit reports in the mini program on the PC client if they have editing permissions.

By default, the mini program opens in the Workbench. You can change this setting to Open in Browser.
