The Skill Management page allows you to publish and maintain enterprise-level skills for users to use in conversations.
Prerequisites
Edition: Your organization has purchased the Quick BI AIPro edition.
Permissions: Only an administrator (a user with AIPro centralized management permissions) can access the Management Center to add and manage data assets. For more information, see User Permissions.
Access
In Quick BI AIPro, go to the Management Center and click Data Management on the left-side navigation pane.
Add skill
Click the Add Skill button.
Upload a file.
NoteOnly .zip files (up to 5 MB) and .md or .markdown files (up to 10 MB) are supported.
Set visibility. You can set it to All Members or Specified Members.
Click Create.
View and manage skills
Use the Search feature to quickly locate a specific skill.
