Account login rules
-
Each account is subject to the following login rules.
-
You can log into a single account on up to 3 devices simultaneously, such as a PC, mobile phone, and tablet.
NoteLogging in through mobile IM apps such as DingTalk, WeChat Work, or Feishu does not count toward the login limit. However, logging in through a mobile browser does count as one session.
-
You can log into a single account from up to 3 different browsers on the same PC simultaneously.
NoteYou can open an unlimited number of windows in the same browser without affecting the limit. However, using incognito mode counts as one session.
-
-
While you have fewer than three active sessions, you can start new ones. When you attempt a fourth login, the following rules apply:
-
If the Excess Session Logout Rule is set to Automatically log out the earliest session, the system automatically ends your oldest session.
-
If the Excess Session Logout Rule is set to Manually select a window to log out, the system prompts you to choose an existing session to close. After you confirm the selection, the login succeeds.
