FAQ

Why does "Agents in Current Tasks" show 0 / 1?

This indicates that you have 1 agent but no outbound tasks are currently running. Go to the Outbound Tasks section to create and start a task.

What should I do when call duration is about to run out?

You can choose one of the following options:

  • Wait for the next cycle to refresh: The system will automatically allocate new minutes at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Upgrade to add more agents: Click Upgrade to add more agents and proportionally increase the call duration.

What happens after the plan expires?

  • On the expiration date, all outbound tasks will be automatically paused.

  • All data is retained for 15 days. If you renew within this period, the service can be seamlessly restored. If you do not renew within 15 days, the data will be permanently deleted.
