How to unsubscribe from a subscription instance-Tair (Redis® OSS-Compatible)(Tair)-阿里云帮助中心

Unsubscribe from idle subscription ApsaraDB for Tair instances to save resources.

Prerequisites

The instance uses the Subscription billing method.
This procedure does not apply to a distributed sub-instance. Before you can unsubscribe from a distributed sub-instance, you must first remove it from the Global Distributed Cache tab. For more information, see Remove a distributed instance.

Only instances in the Running state can be unsubscribed.
Create a backup and download the backup set before you unsubscribe. For more information, see Manually back up data and download a backup set.

Log on to the console and go to the Instances page. In the top navigation bar, select the region in which the instance that you want to manage resides.
Find the target instance and click > Unsubscribe in the Actions column.
Click Go to Unsubscribe to open the Billing Management console.
In the Actions column of the target instance, click Unsubscribe.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the unsubscription. For more information, see Refund rules.
After you unsubscribe from an instance, it is retained in the Recycle Bin for 7 days. For more information, see Instance Recycle Bin.
