Resource Directory basic information

Procedure

1. Log on to the Resource Management console with a management account.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Resource Directory > Settings.

3. View the basic information about the resource directory, including its ID, creation time, management account, and enterprise name.

FAQ

After the management account of a resource directory switches the entity for real-name verification, will the real-name verification status of member accounts be synchronized?

No. The real-name verification status of member accounts will not be automatically synchronized when the management account switches its entity for real-name verification. Note the following:

• The real-name verification information of resource directory (RD) member accounts can be different from that of the management account.

• Changes to the real-name verification of the management account do not affect the normal business logic of the resource directory.

• Member accounts can independently decide whether to update their real-name verification or maintain their current status based on their own business requirements.
