Downgrade a predefined tag to remove it from the predefined tag list, or upgrade a non-predefined tag to make it predefined.
Downgrade a tag

Log in to the Resource Management console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

In the tag list, click
> Downgrade to Non-predefined Tag in the Actions column of the target tag. -
In the Downgrade to Non-predefined Tag dialog box, click Downgrade.
Once downgraded,Predefined Tag changes to No.
Upgrade a tag

Log in to the Resource Management console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

In the tag list, click
> Upgrade to Predefined Tag in the Actions column of the target tag. -
In the Upgrade to Predefined Tag dialog box, click Upgrade.
Once upgraded,Predefined Tag changes to Yes.
