Characters are missing from the input
To fix this, add the English input method.
Procedure:
In Windows, go to Settings > Time & Language to check if English is missing from the Preferred languages list.
Click Add a language and select English (United States).
After the installation, English will appear in the Preferred languages list.
Limitations of driver input
Because the driver input feature relies on the Windows PS/2 keyboard device driver, it has the following limitations:
Input characters: Only English letters (uppercase and lowercase), numbers, and special characters on the keyboard are supported. You cannot input characters from other languages, such as Chinese.
Administrator privileges: You must run the Alibaba Cloud RPA Client as an administrator. For more information, see Run the client as a Windows administrator.
The driver input feature is not supported in Remote Desktop (RDP) sessions. This limitation applies to all Windows hosts, including physical machines and virtual machines such as ECS instances.
