Use this component to compress a file or a folder.

4. Component usage example

4.1. Configuration example

  1. In the Compress Object section, select the "Folder" radio button.

  2. Set Path of folder to compress to "D:\data\test".

  3. Set Compression mode to Normal.

  4. Leave the Password field empty.

  5. Set Save path for compressed file to "D:\data\test.zip".

  6. Set If a file with the same name exists in the destination path to Skip.

  7. Keep the default values for the advanced options.

4.2. Example result

After the flow runs successfully, you can view the execution results in the log panel. The following figure shows an example.
