When network connectivity issues occur, check the connection status of your SAG device to determine whether a link failure is causing the problem. If a connection shows a fault, switch to a working connection to restore traffic.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An SAG instance created and deployed
Access to the SAG console
View connection status
Log on to the SAG console.
On the Smart Access Gateway page, click the ID of the target instance.
Click Configure High Availability. The page displays the connection status of each connection on the SAG device:
Status Color Meaning Normal Green The connection is working. Fault Red The connection has failed.
What to do when a connection shows a fault
If a connection shows a red (fault) status, switch to another available connection to restore network access.
