End users must contact an administrator to change their maximum bandwidth. Administrators can follow this procedure to change the maximum bandwidth for a client account.
Procedure
- Log on to the SAG console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
- In the top navigation bar, select the target region.
- On the SAG App Instances page, click the target instance ID.
- On the instance details page, click the Client Accounts tab. In the Operation column for the desired client account, choose
> Modify. - In the Modify dialog box, set a new maximum bandwidth, and then click OK.
Note The default maximum bandwidth for an end user is 2,000 kbps, with a configurable range of 1 kbps to 20,000 kbps. To request a higher limit, .
