Delete an SAG CPE or vCPE instance

Before you delete an SAG instance, ensure the following:

  • The SAG instance is not associated with any Cloud Connect Network (CCN) or virtual border router (VBR) instance. If it is, disassociate the network instance first. For more information, see Disassociate a network instance.

  • The SAG instance has been in a locked state for more than 7 days due to an overdue payment. For more information, see Device Status Monitoring.

  1. Log on to the SAG console.

  2. In the top navigation bar, select the region.

  3. On the Smart Access Gateway page, find the target instance. In the Actions column, choose 更多 > Delete.

  4. In the Delete SAG Instance dialog box, confirm the instance information, and then click OK.
