The Smart Access Gateway (SAG) dashboard displays the geographic distribution of your SAG devices and the alarm status of your SAG instances, providing a quick and intuitive overview of all your SAG devices.
Prerequisites

To view the dashboard, you must first configure alert rules for your SAG instances. If no alert rules are configured for the SAG instances, the dashboard cannot display their alarm information.

To view the dashboard, you must add a deployment address for your SAG instances. Otherwise, the dashboard cannot display the geographic distribution of your SAG devices. For instructions on adding a deployment address for an SAG instance, see View basic information.

When you view the dashboard:

If you are logged on with a main account, the dashboard can display all data by default.

If you are logged on as a RAM user (sub-account), ensure the user has the
smartag:ListMonitorDataTopNpermission. Otherwise, the dashboard cannot display Top N data.If the RAM user lacks this permission, create a custom policy and grant it. For more information, see Create a custom policy and Manage the permissions of a RAM user.

Dashboard
Log on to the SAG console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the dashboard page, view the geographic distribution of SAG devices and the alarm status of SAG instances.
By default, the dashboard displays statistics from the last hour and automatically refreshes every 5 minutes. You can adjust the Time Range and Auto Refresh Interval at the top of the dashboard page.
The following tables describe the dashboard's three modules: Alarm Overview, SAG Instance Overview, and Internet Bandwidth Zone.

The SAG Instance Overview module displays the distribution of your SAG devices on a map. You can drag the map to view different areas.

Number and alarms of ISP connections
Shows the ISP distribution for your SAG devices and the number of alarms per ISP.
Top 10 internet traffic
Shows the 10 SAG instances that use the most internet bandwidth in your account.
NoteThis metric is supported only on SAG-1000 devices that run software version 2.7.0 or later.

Display mode
In the upper-right corner of the dashboard page, click Enter Display Mode. The display mode offers a clearer, more intuitive view of your SAG device status.
The display mode page contains the Internet Bandwidth Zone module (showing Number and alarms of ISP connections and Top 10 internet traffic), the Alarm Overview module (showing Alarm type statistics and Current alarm details, categorized by P1, P2, and P3 levels), Top 3 SAG instances by number of alarms, and the SAG Instance Overview module (showing the instance distribution on a map of the Chinese mainland, with a side panel displaying Total instances, Number of gateways, and alarm statistics for each level). At the top of the page, you can set the Auto Refresh Interval and Time Range. An Exit Display Mode button is available in the upper-right corner.
To exit the display mode, click Exit Display Mode in the upper-right corner of the page.
