The employee insights feature provides account-level visibility into individual employees. You can review their devices, associated applications, and security policies to assess their overall access rights and security status.

Prerequisites

  • You have configured an identity provider.

  • You have configured the security settings for private access.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SASE console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Identity Authentication > Employee Insights.

  3. On the Employee Insights page, view details for all enterprise users connected to SASE. These details are organized across the following tabs: User Details, Device, Associate Application, and Associated Zero Trust Policy.

    The Associated zero trust policy tab lists policies and their attributes, including policy name, policy priority, user group, associated security baseline, and action.
