This topic describes how to configure checks for parameters passed with calls.
Feature introduction: This feature performs quality inspections using call-associated parameter fields that are passed from the system. This allows for flexible checks that are deeply integrated with your business fields. Two types of call-associated fields are supported: (1) Standard fields: These include default system fields and 25 custom fields, such as agent name, agent ID, skill group name, and call type. (2) Additional custom fields: These are fields passed in a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) object.
Configuration method: Select standard system fields or additional custom fields, and then enter the corresponding parameters.
Example: A sales company uses different sales scripts for different regions. For example, it checks for sales script A in the South China and East China regions, and for sales script B in other regions. In this scenario, the call-associated parameters represent the different lines of business. The following figure shows an example of this application:
