This document describes the performance statistics available on the Data overview page of the Smart Conversation Analysis console.
Accessing the feature
Go to the Smart Conversation Analysis console. In the navigation pane on the left, click Overview. You can then view current data statistics and metrics, including Large Language Model (LLM) calls, characters for text quality inspection, and the duration of voice quality inspection.
Features
On the Overview page, you can view current statistics, trend graphs, and metrics for offline voice and offline text. In the navigation bar at the top of the Overview page, click Quality Inspection Usage Statistics to see billing information for the last seven days.
Data charts
Data charts include the following: LLM calls, Characters for text quality inspection (including real-time text and text from voice analysis), and Duration of voice quality inspection (including real-time and offline voice quality inspection). You can filter the data by a 7, 15, or 30-day period.
Billing statistics
The billing statistics show the total usage for the last 7 days. This includes total LLM calls, characters for real-time text quality inspection, characters for offline text quality inspection, the duration of real-time voice, and the duration of offline voice.
Metrics overview
The metrics overview shows the daily metrics for offline voice and offline text data. These metrics include a quality inspection summary, the top 5 violated rules, review statistics, and appeal statistics. Click View Details to go to the Performance Statistics page for more detailed quality inspection data.
