CXG Quick Setup
CXG Quick Setup automates parts of the configuration to improve accuracy.
Procedure
Prerequisites
The CXG Package must be installed and the CXG Service activated.
You must have the Salesforce System Administrator role.
Log in to Salesforce. In the App Launcher, search for and switch to CXG, and then click Setup > Quick Setup.
Choose Product: Select the product to configure.
Auto Configuration: Click Run. In the dialog box, select an existing user or create a new one. The page then displays the result and provides an explanation.
Existing User: Select an existing user to run the Auto Configuration.
Create New User: Enter an email address. This action consumes one license, and a warning appears in the dialog box.
Manual Configuration
Some settings must be configured manually. To configure AI, click Go to open the Add CXG AI Connector page.
Configuration Check
Use Configuration Check to validate your settings. Select the product and user, and then click Check. The page then displays the results.
