Use the AMAP integration feature
CXG integrates with AMAP through the CXG Address component. In Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud, this component lets you view an address on a map, receive intelligent address recommendations, and fill in addresses with one click.
You can visualize address information in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud to improve employee productivity.
View address locations on AMAP
Prerequisites
Complete the component configuration. Ensure that the component is correctly associated with the address fields of the object.
Function introduction
If an object's address fields already contain information, the CXG Address component automatically retrieves it. You can click the address to open AMAP in a new tab and view the geographic location.
If an object's address fields are empty, you can enter the address in the CXG Address component. The information automatically syncs with the address fields. After you enter the address, you can click it to open AMAP in a new tab and view the geographic location.
Get intelligent address recommendations in the CXG Address component
Prerequisites
Complete the component configuration. Ensure that the component is correctly associated with the address fields of the object.
Function introduction
The CXG Address component lets you enter the following address information:
State/Province
City
Street
Country
Postal Code
The intelligent recommendation feature from AMAP is integrated into the street field. As you type, the feature suggests street information. You can click a suggestion to fill in the field with one click.
Note: To improve the precision of the recommendations, enter the province and city first.
