Image update and reset issues
Deploying on an existing server

Log on to the Simple Application Server console, select the target instance, and click Server Resetting.

Select Reset to Other Image and choose the ZeroClaw image from the list of application images.

Reconfigure ZeroClaw. After the reset, the previously configured API key and tokens become invalid. You need to reconfigure the API key on the Application Details page.
Resetting the system reinstalls the operating system. This action clears all data on the system disk, including saved configurations, logs, and databases, and stops all applications running on the server. To prevent data loss, you must back up your critical data before proceeding. We recommend that you create a snapshot or export the data to a local machine.
Feature-related issues
Viewing the pairing code
Go to and click Run Command to view and save the pairing code.
Do not share your pairing code. The pairing code is the sole credential for the ZeroClaw gateway. Anyone with this code can complete the pairing process and gain full control over your gateway.
Changing the model

Go to the WebUI and click Configuration in the left-side navigation pane.

In the General section, update the following information:

API key: The API key for the model.

API URL: The base URL of the model.

Default Provider:
custom: <The base URL of the model>. -
Default Model: The model that you want to switch to.

Click Save in the upper-right corner to save your settings.
Restarting the gateway
If you experience connection issues or if the service is unavailable, you can restart the ZeroClaw gateway from the console. Go to and click Run Command.
Viewing the port number
To prevent malicious scans and targeted attacks, ZeroClaw generates a random port on initialization instead of using a fixed default port. To find the port number, go to and click Run Command.

Managing the Model Studio free quota
By default, you are charged for any usage of the Model Studio Large Language Model that exceeds the free quota. To avoid charges for usage beyond the free quota, go to the Model Studio platform and enable Stop when free quota is used up. After this feature is enabled, the model becomes unavailable once its free quota is used up. You can then switch to another model that has an available free quota.

The ZeroClaw application image uses the Alibaba Cloud Linux 4 LTS 64 bit operating system.
