By default, a password is not set when you create a database service in Simple Application Server. You can set an initial password by resetting it. You can also reset the password if the current one does not meet your security requirements. This topic describes how to reset a database password.
Procedure

Go to the Simple Database Service page in the Simple Application Server console.

On the Database Service page, click the instance ID of the database service.
If you have multiple database services, enter an instance ID in the search box to find the service.

In the Database Service Information section, click Reset Password under Password.

In the Reset Password dialog box, enter and confirm the database password.

Click Confirm.
