Historical trends

The Historical Trends dashboard shows key historical metrics for app exceptions, such as crashes and ANRs.

Prerequisites

You have integrated your application data. For more information, see Integrate Android app monitoring data or Integrate iOS app monitoring data.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Simple Log Service console.

  2. In the Log Applications section, click Mobile Monitoring.
  3. In the application list, click the target application.
  4. In the left navigation pane, choose Historical Trends.
  5. On the Historical Trends page, select a version and time range to view exception information.
    历史趋势

    Log Service displays metrics such as affected users, affected user rate, exception count, and exception rate. For more information, see crash analysis and ANR analysis.

    • Affected Users and Affected User Rate
      • The bar chart shows the number of users affected by app crashes or ANRs.
      • The line chart shows the rate of users affected by app crashes or ANRs.
    • Exception Count and Exception Rate
      • The bar chart shows the number of app crashes or ANRs.
      • The line chart shows the rate of app crashes or ANRs.
  6. To compare data, select a version and time range, and then click Compare.
    历史数据对比
    Mobile Monitoring lets you compare exception data from the last 92 days.
    Note The time ranges for comparison must have the same duration. For example, both time ranges must be one day, or both must be one month.
