The Real-time Dashboard displays key metrics for app exceptions, including crashes and Application Not Responding (ANRs), from the last hour or today. Use this dashboard to monitor your app in real time during critical periods, such as new version rollouts or major product events.
Prerequisites
You have integrated your app's monitoring data. For instructions, see Integrate Android App Monitoring Data or Integrate iOS App Monitoring Data.Procedure
Log on to the Simple Log Service console.
- In the Log App section, click Mobile monitoring.
- In the app list, click your target app.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Real-time Dashboard.
- On the Real-time Dashboard page, select a version and time range to view exception information.
Log Service displays metrics such as affected users, affected user rate, exception count, exception rate, and the Top Exception List. For detailed exception analysis, see Crash Analysis and ANR Analysis.
- Affected users and affected user rate
- The bar chart displays the number of users affected by app crashes in the last hour or today.
- The line chart displays the affected user rate from app crashes over the last hour or today.
- Exception count and exception rate
- The bar chart displays the exception count for the last hour or today.
- The line chart displays the exception rate for the last hour or today.
- Top exceptions
This section lists the top exceptions from the last hour or today.
- Affected users and affected user rate
- To compare data, select a version and time range, and then click Compare.
You can use Mobile monitoring in Log Service to compare metrics such as affected users, affected user rate, exception count, and exception rate by hour or by day.
- If you select Last Hour, you can compare data from the last hour with data from the same hour on a previous day within the past six months.
- If you select Today, you can compare today's data with data from a specific day within the past six months.
