The "M11" error code indicates that SMC (Server Migration Center) failed to prepare a Linux source operating system for migration. This topic explains the two root causes and how to fix each one.

Problem description

When migrating a Linux operating system to Anolis OS using SMC, an "M11" error code is reported.

Cause

The "M11" error has two possible causes:
