Overdue payment warning

Bills are typically generated within four hours after a billing cycle ends. The system automatically deducts the billed amount from your account balance. If your account balance is insufficient, your account becomes overdue, and the system sends a notification to the mobile number or email address registered with your account.

Account overdue

  • If your account balance is insufficient to cover the bill, your account becomes overdue. As a result, all pay-as-you-go services under your account also enter an overdue state.

  • When Short Message Service is in an overdue state, you cannot send messages. Settle the overdue amount promptly to prevent service interruptions and business losses. Once you top up your account and settle the overdue payment, the service automatically resumes.

If the service is suspended due to an overdue payment and you do not settle the payment, this may be considered a voluntary termination of Short Message Service. You will be unable to send messages.

Check account balance

Go to Billing Management and view your account balance in the Overview section on the Overview page.

In the summary section, the Account Available Credit card shows your account balance.
