To prevent excessive messaging, you can set a daily sending limit for a single phone number.

Daily limits are calculated using Singapore Standard Time (SGT, UTC+8).
Steps

Log in to the Short Message Service console. In the left navigation pane, choose .

On the sending frequency settings tab, click Settings.

Enter the maximum number of messages that can be sent per day, up to 20.

Click Save.
