This topic describes how to query and export delivery records for the Alibaba Cloud International SMS service.
Query records
Log on to the SMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose to view delivery records.
You can specify various query conditions. Click Advanced Search to see all filtering options:

Basic search: filters messages by sending date, time zone, mobile number, Sender ID, and destination country/region.

Advanced search: filters messages by message content, carrier's Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC), delivery status, status code, and billable count.
The query results appear in a table with columns such as Recipient, Billable Count, Number Location, Time, Delivery Details, Sender ID, Message ID, Status Code, and Delivery Status. You can click Export to export the query results and click View Exported Records to view past exports.

Query time zone: The default time zone is Beijing Time (UTC+8).

Query time limit: You can query delivery records within the last 180 days.
Export records

After querying delivery records, select Export Results to export the current results.

If you need to export a large volume of data, use Create Export Task.

Specify query conditions to filter for the data you want to export.
NoteIf your query returns more than 50,000 entries, add more query conditions to narrow the results, or select Create Export Task to export all data.

Click Export and select Export Results.

Click View Exported Reports. When the Status is Exported., click Export to download the required records.
Create export task

Click Export and select Create Export Task.

Select the Export Type, Date, Country/Region, and Sender ID, enter a task name, and click OK.
The Export Type can be Today's Data or Historical Data. The Sender ID is optional.

Click View Exported Reports. When the Status is Exported., click Export to download the required records.
