Hosted certificates do not support adding or changing domain names. To perform these operations, you must cancel hosting first. This topic describes how to cancel hosting for a certificate.
Cancel certificate hosting
SSL Certificate Management V2.0
Log on to the Certificate Management Service console.
Based on the certificate type, click the Commercial Certificates, Individual Test Certificate (Formerly Free Certificate), or Uploaded Certificates tab.
Find the certificate instance for which you want to cancel hosting, and click Disable Auto-Management in the Actions column.
SSL Certificate Management (V1.0 - Discontinued)
Log in to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Certificate Management > SSL Certificate Management (V1.0 - Discontinued).
Depending on the target certificate type, click Commercial Certificates or Individual Test Certificate (Formerly Free Certificate) tab.
Find the hosted certificate you want to manage. In the row for its associated, unactivated certificate, click Cancel in the Actions column.
ImportantIf a hosted certificate has multiple associated unactivated certificates, canceling the hosting service for one will cancel it for all of them.
In the Note message, click OK.
After you cancel the hosting service, the certificate quota and hosting service count for the unactivated certificate are returned to your account. You can click Create Certificate to view the available certificate quota and the remaining hosting quota in the Create Certificate panel.
