Application Assistance and Deployment services help you resolve various issues you may encounter when using SSL certificates. When applying for a certificate, the service assists you in preparing application materials and proactively coordinates with the CA to shorten the certificate issuance time. If you lack the ability to install or configure a certificate, technical experts provide remote video guidance to help you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Purchase notes
One application assistance service covers only one certificate, and one deployment service covers deploying only one certificate to a single application node or server. If you have multiple certificates to process, determine the number of services to purchase based on the number of certificates and deployment locations.
The application assistance or deployment service is valid for one year. You must use the service within one year after placing the order; otherwise, the service will expire. After the service expires, you must repurchase it to continue using it. For more information about billing, see Billing.
Refund policy
Unused application assistance or deployment services support a 7-day no-reason refund policy. For specific operations, see Refunds.
Orders that have already joined the exclusive DingTalk group and have used the service are not eligible for a refund.
For a purchased service package, if any of the included services have been used, the order and all unused services are not eligible for a refund.
After the SSL certificate is successfully deployed, no refund is supported if some browsers cannot securely access the website due to the website referencing insecure HTTP resources.

NoteIf deployment cannot be completed on time due to issues such as the website not having completed ICP filing or the server password being lost and unable to be reset, you must resolve the website or server issues before proceeding.

Certificate Deployment Service (SM)
Helps you troubleshoot SM algorithm certificate (SM2 algorithm) deployment issues. During business hours, under normal circumstances, the SSL certificate deployment can be completed and go live in as little as 4 hours.
ImportantDue to restrictions on installing SM certificates on web servers and the fact that technical experts cannot arbitrarily modify your server configuration, you must first compile an SM2-supported module in your web server before a technical expert can deploy the SM certificate for you. If you have any questions, consult a technical expert after purchasing Certificate Deployment Service (SM).
After deploying an SM certificate on a web server, the website can only be accessed using SM-based browsers and cannot be accessed by international browsers. If you need to support both international and SM-based browsers, you must deploy dual certificates by purchasing both Certificate Deployment Service and Certificate Deployment Service (SM).

Step 2: Use the application assistance or deployment service
After purchasing a certificate application assistance or deployment service, you must join a dedicated DingTalk group to use the corresponding technical support service.
Log in to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
On the Refund Management page, locate the order for the application assistance or deployment service, and click Details in the Actions column.
In the Details panel, use DingTalk to scan the service group QR code to join the DingTalk group.
After joining the DingTalk service group, technical support staff will contact you to assist with your certificate application or deployment.
