When you submit a paid certificate request, provide accurate information for each field. Errors or mismatches in any field will delay or block certificate issuance.
Company name
Enter the company name exactly as it appears on your business license.
Company phone number
Provide a publicly listed phone number: one that appears in a public telephone directory or is registered with your official business registration authority. The verification team uses this number to reach the certificate contact.
If the person who answers is not the certificate contact, they must be able to provide the contact's direct phone number. The team then calls that number to confirm the request details with the contact directly.
Keep this phone line available to receive calls.
Request confirmation email
This email address must belong to the certificate contact — the person who manages the certificate request and receives all future certificate notifications.
If domain name confirmation is required, the domain administrator's mailbox must be able to receive and reply to verification emails. For the smoothest verification process, set the domain administrator as the certificate contact and use their phone number and email address on the request form.
For Extended Validation (EV) certificates, use a corporate or paid email address. Free email addresses are not accepted.
Domain name privacy protection
Disable domain name privacy protection before submitting your request. This allows the verification team to retrieve the domain administrator's email address for your domain name.
