View your certificates
View the certificate list, certificate status, and related statistics for your SSL certificates and individual test certificates in the Certificate Management Service console. Use these views to track application progress, issuance status, expiration time, and deployment status.
Certificate Management Service provides two certificate management portals. SSL Certificate Management V2.0 is the default portal and supports all certificate operations. To determine which portal to use, check the left-side navigation pane of the console:
If SSL Certificate Management (V1.0 - No New Purchases) does not appear, all your certificates are in SSL Certificate Management V2.0. Use the V2.0 portal.
If both portals appear, view your certificates in each portal separately.
The following table describes the two portals.

Prerequisites
Before you view your certificates, make sure that the following requirements are met:
All Resources is selected in the upper-right corner of the page.
View certificates in SSL Certificate Management V2.0
SSL Certificate Management V2.0 is the recommended portal for viewing and managing your certificates. This section describes how to view commercial certificates and individual test certificates in the V2.0 portal.
View commercial certificates (V2.0)
Log on to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Certificate Management > SSL Certificate Management V2.0.
On the SSL Certificate Management page, click the Commercial Certificates tab.
The commercial certificate list is displayed by default.
Statistics cards
The statistics cards at the top of the page show summary information about your certificates. The following table describes each card.
Statistics card | Description |
Total | The total number of commercial certificate subscription instances under the current account. Click the card to view all instances. |
Pending Application | The number of instances that you purchased but for which you have not submitted a certificate application. Click the card to filter the instances that are in the Pending Application state. |
Expiring Soon | The number of instances that are about to expire and require renewal. Click the card to filter the instances that are in the Expiring Soon state. |
Remaining Managed Quota | The managed renewal quota available in your subscription instances. If the quota is insufficient, click Purchase to add managed renewal quota. |
Non-Subscription Certificates | The number of certificates that were purchased through the legacy non-subscription model. Click the card to go to the V1.0 management page, or click Create Certificate to create a certificate directly. After you create the certificate, view it on the V1.0 page. |
Filter by category
The category area on the left side of the page lets you filter certificates by the following dimensions:
All Instances: View all commercial certificates.
Certificate Status: Filter by the current certificate status, such as Issued or Expiring Soon.
Certificate Brand: Filter by certificate brand.
Certificate list columns
The following table describes each column in the certificate list.
Column | Description |
Subscription Instance | The name and ID of the certificate subscription instance. Click the instance name to open the instance details page. |
Tag | The resource tags that are bound to the instance. |
Brand/Algorithm | The certificate brand and the encryption algorithm. |
Type | The certificate validation type (DV/OV/EV) and the domain name type. |
Status | The current status of the certificate, such as Pending Application, Under Review, Issued, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Revoked. For an issued certificate, the current validity period is displayed. When a certificate is about to expire, the number of remaining days is displayed. |
Domain Name | The domain names that are bound to the certificate. If more than three domain names exist, they are displayed in a collapsed view. |
Subscription Period | The expiration time of the subscription instance. If managed renewal is enabled, the Auto-Managed tag is displayed. |
Deployed | The Alibaba Cloud services to which the certificate is deployed, and the number of such services. |
Actions | The operations that you can perform on the certificate, including applying for, downloading, deploying, renewing, and revoking the certificate. The available operations vary based on the certificate status. Because the list has many columns, scroll the horizontal scroll bar to the right end of the list to view this column. |
Use the search and filter options above the list to quickly locate a certificate.
View individual test certificates (V2.0)
Log on to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Certificate Management > SSL Certificate Management V2.0.
On the SSL Certificate Management page, click the Individual Test Certificate (Formerly Free Certificate) tab.
The individual test certificate list is displayed. If the list is empty, verify that you meet the requirements in Prerequisites, and see the FAQ.
View certificates in SSL Certificate Management V1.0
This portal no longer supports new certificate purchases. If your account has no certificates that were purchased through V1.0, skip this section and use SSL Certificate Management V2.0.
View commercial certificates (V1.0)
Log on to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Certificate Management > SSL Certificate Management (V1.0 - No New Purchases).
On the SSL Certificate Management page, click the Commercial Certificates tab.
The commercial certificate list is displayed by default.
Statistics cards
The statistics cards at the top of the page show summary information about your certificates. The following table describes each card.
Statistics card | Description |
Total | The total certificate service quota that you purchased. Click the card to view all certificates. |
Unused | The certificate service quota that you purchased but have not used. Click the card to create a certificate. One quota represents a one-year service period. |
Issued | The number of certificates that are successfully issued. Click the card to filter the certificates that are in the Issued state. |
Review Failed | The number of certificates that failed review. Click the card to filter the certificates that are in the Review Failed state. |
Expiring Soon | The number of certificates that are about to expire. Click the card to filter the certificates that are in the Expiring Soon state. |
Expired | The number of certificates that have expired. Click the card to filter the certificates that are in the Expired state. |
Certificate list columns
The following table describes each column in the certificate list.
Column | Description |
Certificate | The certificate name and the resource ID. Click the certificate name to open the certificate details page. |
Tag | The resource tags that are bound to the certificate. |
Brand/Algorithm | The certificate brand, the encryption algorithm, and the key length. |
Status | The current status of the certificate, such as Pending Application, Under Review, Issued, Expiring Soon, or Expired. |
Bound Domains | The domain names that are bound to the certificate. If more than three domain names exist, they are displayed in a collapsed view and can be copied. |
Validity Period | The validity period and the expiration time of the certificate. |
Deployed | The Alibaba Cloud services to which the certificate is deployed. |
Actions | The operations that you can perform on the certificate. The available operations vary based on the certificate status. |

View individual test certificates (V1.0)
Log on to the Certificate Management Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Certificate Management > SSL Certificate Management (V1.0 - No New Purchases).
On the SSL Certificate Management page, click the Individual Test Certificate (Formerly Free Certificate) tab.
The individual test certificate list is displayed. If the list is empty, verify that you meet the requirements in Prerequisites, and see the FAQ.
FAQ
Why can't I find my certificates?
If your certificate list is empty, perform the following checks:
Verify that you meet all requirements in Prerequisites.
Check whether both SSL Certificate Management V2.0 and SSL Certificate Management V1.0 appear under Certificate Management in the left-side navigation pane. If both menus exist, check each portal separately.
Based on the certificate type, check the Commercial Certificates tab and the Individual Test Certificate (Formerly Free Certificate) tab separately.
