View results
The remote dual recording results list contains the audio, video, and quality inspection information for all recordings. Use this list to search for recordings and view their inspection results.
View the results list
Log in to the idrs service console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Remote Dual Recording > Remote Dual Recording Results.
The remote dual recording results list shows the following information.
Channel ID: The unique ID of the audio and video channel. This ID is automatically generated by the system.
Start Time: The time the video playback started, accurate to the second.
Department Name: The department that owns the audio and video recording.
Application Name: The name of the application used for the remote recording.
Business Information: Business information related to the recording. This field is passed from the client. If the client does not pass this field, it is empty.
Detection Status: The detection status of the recording, which can be Detected or Not Detected.
Actions: Click View to view the result details.
View result details
Find the recording that you want to inspect and click View to review its quality inspection details.
The details page for the recording shows basic information, such as the start time, department name, and application name. It also shows the following remote dual recording result details.
User ID: The unique ID of the user. This ID is automatically generated by the system.
Video Type: The type of video from the remote dual recording, such as stream mixing or single-stream recording.
Detection Result: The quality inspection result for the recording.
Creation Time: The time the recording was created, accurate to the second.
Recorded Video: Click a video name to play it online. In the playback window, you can also click Download from the shortcut menu in the lower-right corner to save the video to your computer.
Status: The recording status of the video.
Business Information: Business information related to the recording. This field is passed from the client. If the client does not pass this field, it is empty.
View Details: Click View to open the online playback window and view the video details.
Search for results
If the results list is long, you can use the search feature to quickly find a specific result.
On the remote dual-recording results page, you can query by Department Name, Task Time, and Channel ID.
You can combine these search criteria. The system searches the results list based on your criteria and keywords, and then displays all matching results.
Channel ID supports fuzzy queries.
