Renewal policy

If a registered trademark is not renewed before it expires, the trademark will be unregistered.

Refund policy

To cancel a smart trademark registration order and request a refund, you can close the order. The service provider processes the cancellation request and issues a refund based on the order's status. For more information, see Refund management.
