FAQ

Why can't I find a registration number on the Service Order Details page?

If no result is returned when you search for an official document by registration number, check the following items in order:

  1. Make sure that the search field is set to registration number and that the registration number you entered is correct.

  2. Remove the other filter conditions on the page and search again.

  3. Check whether the Alibaba Cloud account that you are logged on with is the account that the trademark order belongs to. If the order belongs to another account, complete an order transfer or log on with the correct account.
