[Enhancement] Updated the permission management system
The BOA permission management system includes the following changes:
-
Aligned action names with API operation names. Previously, API operation permissions mapped to Alibaba Cloud Transactions and Bills Management (BSS) console actions, but the names did not match. The new version uses actions whose names match their corresponding API operations, such as
bssapi:QueryBillOverview. For more information, see Authorize a RAM user to use BOA. -
Backward-compatible permissions. New action permissions are compatible with previous action permissions. A policy takes effect whether you set
EffecttoAllowfor the new or previous action. The same applies when you setEffecttoDeny. -
Service-level access control. You can specify the
ProductCodeandProductTypeparameters in a policy to allow or deny API calls for specific Alibaba Cloud services.
For more information, see Authorize a RAM user to use BOA.
