Activate and authorize an offline SDK

Activation and authorization workflow

Step 1: Purchase the offline SDK

1. Log on to the Vision AI Open Platform console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Offline SDK > Offline SDK Management.

3. On the Offline SDK Management page, in the Offline SDK Purchase Entrance section in the upper-right corner, click Buy Now.

4. On the purchase page, select the target device, subscription duration, offline SDK type, and quantity based on your business needs.

5. Carefully review your purchase details. Once the information is confirmed correct, click Buy Now.

6. On the Confirm Order page, review the details, select the service agreement checkbox, and click Pay.

   Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

Step 2: Activate the order

RAM users cannot activate orders. This action requires your Alibaba Cloud account.

1. Log on to the Vision AI Open Platform console with your Alibaba Cloud account.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select offline SDK > Offline SDK Management.

3. On the Offline SDK Management page, find your order in the Order List section. In the row for your order, click Activate in the Order activation column.

4. In the Activate Order panel that appears on the right, configure the parameters.

   Feature	Description
   Basic information	In the Basic information section, enter your industry and primary business.
   Order information	In the Order information section, you can view the order ID, order instance ID, validity period, and the SDK capability for the order. Note The order is valid for one month from the date of purchase. You must activate the order within this period. After the validity period expires, the order is released. You can then renew your subscription or purchase a new one.
   Bind bundle ID	If your order includes SDKs for iOS or Android devices, you must bind a Bundle ID. If your order is only for PC devices, you can skip this step. Important Refunds are not available after you bind a Bundle ID. Make sure you enter the correct Bundle ID.

5. After you complete the configuration, click Activate in the Activate Order panel.

   Order activation takes up to 48 hours. If your order is not activated within 48 hours, join our DingTalk group (ID: 23109592) and contact the administrator for assistance.

   Important

   Refunds are not available after an order is activated.

Step 3: Download the license file

RAM users cannot download license files. This action requires your Alibaba Cloud account.

1. Log on to the Vision AI Open Platform console with your Alibaba Cloud account.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Offline SDK > Offline SDK Management.

3. On the Offline SDK Management page, find your order in the Order List section. In the row for your order, click View in the License file column.

4. In the View license file panel that appears on the right, click Download license file to download the corresponding license file. The platform generates different license files for different target devices and capabilities.

   Note

   A license's validity period begins on the Activation Date and lasts for the purchased Order Duration. This period defines how long the offline SDK can be used.

Step 4: Download the offline SDK

1. Log on to the Vision AI Open Platform console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Offline SDK > Offline SDK Management.

3. On the Offline SDK Management page, find your order in the Order List section. In the row for your order, click Download SDK in the Actions column.

4. In the Download SDK panel that appears on the right, click Download offline SDK to download the corresponding SDK file. The platform generates different SDK files for different target devices and capabilities.
