The IPC video object detection capability supports pay-as-you-go billing. The prices are as follows.

The longest and shortest sides of the input video determine its resolution tier. For example, a 1080 × 760 pixel video is classified as 2K. The system automatically detects the resolution and bills you at the corresponding rate for the SD, HD, 2K, or 4K tier.
Billing is based on the input duration of the video, measured in seconds. Any duration less than one second is rounded up to one second.
This is an asynchronous capability. You are not charged for failed calls or for querying results with a RequestId.
