Usage notes

• By default, the contact list contains only the contact for your Alibaba Cloud account. This contact automatically receives alerts for remaining package resources, and this notification setting cannot be changed. You can update the contact details in the Account Center.

• You can set up to 10 contacts for each account, including the root account contact.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Voice Service console.

2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose General Settings.

3. Click Contact Management > Add Contact.

4. Enter the contact information and turn on or off the toggles for voice alert message reception as needed, such as Receive Voice Notification Warning Message and Receive Voice Verification Code Warning Message.

5. Click Obtain Verification Code. Enter the SMS verification code that you receive on your phone, and then click Yes.
