Add a script

Updated at:

Scripts are bound to enterprise qualifications to verify business compliance. This is a prerequisite for purchasing voice services. After your enterprise qualification is approved, you must add a script in the console. This topic describes the purpose of applying for a script and the steps to add one in the console.

Procedure

Note
  • Report your business scenario: The purpose of applying for a script is to report your business scenario. The script is bound to your enterprise qualification and submitted to review specialists and carriers for evaluation.

  • Not for use in actual calls: The script content is not used in actual outbound calls. The content that users hear during an outbound call depends on the text-to-speech (TTS) template you create or the audio file you upload.

Before adding a script, you must first apply for an enterprise qualification and have it approved.

  1. Log on to the Voice Service console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Qualification and Script Management > Scenario & Script Management.

  2. Click Add Script and configure the parameters according to the following table.

The following table describes each parameter.
