Limits

• You must settle or cancel all unpaid orders for the VPN Gateway instance before you modify the specification.

• Reducing the maximum concurrent SSL connections may interrupt active sessions if the number of connected clients exceeds the new limit. We recommend that you implement a reconnection mechanism in your backend applications.

Effective time

The new specification takes effect immediately but may require several minutes to propagate across the network.

Billing impact

• If you upgrade the specification, you must pay the price difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle. The price is displayed on the console. For more information, see SSL-VPN billing.

• If you downgrade the specification, you may be eligible for a refund. The refund amount is the difference between the actual remaining value of the previous specification and the cost of the new specification for the remaining billing cycle. Factors such as discounts and vouchers applied at the time of purchase affect the actual remaining value. The order page displays the final amount. See Refund rules.
