The stream collaboration feature of Cloud Phone lets you start a collaboration and share a collaboration code with other users. After a user joins with the code, they can view and operate your cloud phone.
This topic uses the Android client for Cloud Phone V1.3.0 as an example.
Prerequisites
You must use the Android client for Cloud Phone V1.3.0 or later, as it is the only client that supports stream collaboration.
The initiator and participant must use different convenience accounts from the same organization ID. For more information about organization IDs, see Configure logon methods.
Initiate collaboration
Log on to the Android client and connect to a cloud phone.
Tap the DesktopAssistant and select Initiate Collaboration.
In the confirmation dialog box, tap OK.
An automatically generated collaboration code appears in a floating panel at the bottom of the cloud phone screen.
Share the collaboration code with other users.
NoteThe collaboration code remains valid until it is destroyed. If a collaboration ends and the initiator does not destroy the collaboration code, other users can reuse it to join a new collaboration. We recommend that you destroy the collaboration code when it is no longer needed.
Join collaboration
Obtain the collaboration code from the initiator.
Log on to the Android client.
On the resource list page, tap the
icon in the upper-left corner and select Join Collaboration. In the dialog box, enter the collaboration code and tap OK.
NoteOnly one participant can join a collaboration at a time.
The status Collaboration in progress appears in a floating panel at the bottom of the cloud phone screen.

icon, and then tap Destroy in the floating panel at the bottom. In the confirmation dialog box, tap OK.
