If you encounter issues or have suggestions, you can submit feedback through the desktop client or the DesktopAssistant in your cloud computer.
This topic uses the macOS client V7.13 and the Enterprise Edition as an example. If your experience differs from the description in this topic, you may be using a different client or an outdated version. Upgrade to the latest version. For more information about the Personal Edition, see Personal Cloud Computer.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
Logged on to the desktop client. See Log on to a desktop client.
A cloud computer assigned to your account. If none appears after you log on, contact your IT administrator. See Assign cloud computers to users.
Before connecting to a cloud computer
You can submit feedback from the desktop client before you connect to a cloud computer.
In the upper-right corner of the desktop client, click the icon and select Feedback.
In the Feedback window, select a Feedback Type and enter your feedback in the Content field.
(Optional) Upload images and update your contact information.
(Optional) If you encountered an issue, select Upload local logs to help the helpdesk troubleshoot the issue.
Click Submit.
After connecting to a cloud computer
Within a cloud computer session, you can use the DesktopAssistant to submit feedback.
Connect to your cloud computer.
Click the DesktopAssistant and select Feedback.
In the Feedback window, select a Feedback Type and enter your feedback in the Content field.
(Optional) To add an audio recording, click Add System Recording, play the audio that you want to record, and then click Record.
NoteEach feedback submission can include only one audio recording, up to 60 seconds long.
(Optional) Update your contact information.
(Optional) If you encountered an issue, select Upload local logs to help the helpdesk troubleshoot the issue.
Click Submit.
