Cloud computers must be assigned to end users before they can connect. You can assign users during or after cloud computer creation.
How assignment works
Cloud computers and users have a many-to-many relationship:
-
A single cloud computer can be assigned to multiple users.
-
A single user can be assigned multiple cloud computers.
-
If a cloud computer is assigned to multiple users, only one can connect at a time. Others must wait until the current session ends.
-
User information may take a few seconds to appear after assignment. End users may briefly see a "no cloud computer assigned" message on the Alibaba Cloud Workspace Client. Wait a moment and try again.
Prerequisites
Make sure you have:
-
A convenience account or enterprise Active Directory (AD) account. For more information, see Create a convenience account or Create and manage enterprise AD accounts
