Cloud computer network access requirements
If you enable a local firewall or use third-party firewalls and proxy services in your business environment, certain required ports for cloud computers may be blocked. This can prevent you from logging on to the client or connecting to the cloud computers. This topic outlines all the service ports required for the proper operation of Elastic Desktop Service (EDS). You must allow these ports when configuring your firewall allowlist.
Overview
Based on your network architecture and access method, the ports that you must open fall into the following three categories:
In-desktop ports: the ports that programs inside a cloud computer require to access cloud services. Configure these ports in all scenarios.
Public network ports: the ports that WUYING Terminals (software clients and hardware terminals) and the web client must access when a terminal connects to a cloud computer over the public network.
Private network ports: the additional ports that you must open when a terminal connects to a cloud computer over a private network (VPC).
In the tables, a port whose Required value is Conditionally required must be open only for the corresponding region, access method, terminal version, or enabled feature. A port whose Required value is Yes must always be open.

On the NAS console - File System List page, click Manage in the Actions column for the target file system. On the file system details page, click the Mount Targets tab. In the Mount Target section, hover over the icon in the Mount Target column to view the mount target address.

Region-specific port requirements
For public network access in each region, you must allow traffic to the cloud management link and public gateway domain names. The public gateway ports are as follows:
TCP/UDP ports 5912 to 5941: Used to connect to cloud computers from WUYING Terminals (software clients and hardware terminals).
TCP ports 8008 to 8037: Used to connect to cloud computers from the web client.
In some regions, you must also allow traffic to the domain names for file transfer OSS and Enterprise Drive. If you use a custom OSS Bucket for file transfers, replace servicemanager in the {region-id}-servicemanager domain name with the name of your custom bucket.
