Renewal description
You need to renew your subscription before the instance expires to avoid service interruptions caused by overdue payments.
Procedure
Renewal

On the Expenses and Costs Orders > Resource Renewal page, enter the instance ID of Apsara DevOps (which can be viewed on the Instance Management page of the Apsara DevOps console) and click Search.

On the Manual Renewal tab, select the instance that you want to renew, and click Renew in the Actions column.
Increase organization members

Advanced Edition: Go to the Apsara DevOps organization , and click Upgrade to Add Members or Upgrade Plan on the Package Information page.

Standard Edition DevOps: Log on to the Apsara DevOps console. On the Instance Management page, find the target instance's Standard Edition > DevOps Service, and click Purchase More Licenses to increase the number of team members as needed.

Basic Edition: No limit on the number of members.
Reduce licenses
When your team size decreases and you no longer need the current number of licenses, you can reduce the number of licenses. After the reduction, the system will automatically calculate the refund amount based on the remaining validity period. For more information, see Apsara DevOps Refund Description.

Log on to the Apsara DevOps console. On the Instance Management page, find the target instance's Standard Edition > DevOps Service.

Click Reduce Licenses, select the number of licenses you want to reduce, and confirm the change.

Reducing licenses and renewal operations are not ordered. After reducing licenses, if you need to renew, you can directly proceed to renewal.

If the Apsara DevOps order has expired, you do not need to perform the reduction operation. Instead, directly repurchase Apsara DevOps and select the required number of team members.

Upgrading, renewing, purchasing more, and reducing licenses require the order purchaser to be the organization owner's Alibaba Cloud primary account or a RAM user under it with AliyunRDCFullAccess permissions.
