This topic describes how to enable the log service and sync organization logs in Alibaba Cloud DevOps Codeup.
After you enable the log service in Alibaba Cloud DevOps Codeup, the platform automatically collects and syncs your organization's code activity data to the bound SLS log space. For more information about log management, see Quick start for query and analysis.
On the Log Analysis tab, click Authorize SLS Service to authorize and bind.
The first time you authorize and bind an organization, the system automatically creates a project space under the bound SLS account to store and analyze logs. You also receive a 7-day free trial for log storage.
The system automatically transfers log data to the bound SLS space. You can visualize the data in charts, create custom alert rules, and receive real-time alerts.
On the Log Analysis tab, you can find authorization details and action links, such as Go to Log Service and Unbind, at the top of the page. The SLS console is embedded below. In the console's left-side navigation pane, select Alerts to open the Alarm Center. From there, you can click Create Alert to define custom alert rules.
After the trial period ends, SLS will charge for log storage (pay-as-you-go by feature). To stop the service, first unbind it and then manually delete the corresponding project space in SLS.
