Projex lets you configure notification settings within project templates and projects, providing the flexibility to customize notification scopes and channels at both the organization and project levels.

Project settings

Project notification settings let you configure recipients and channels. Deselecting all recipients or channels for a notification event disables notifications for that event. On the Notifications settings page, select the requirement tab (other available tabs include bug, task, risk, iteration, milestone, project, and review) to configure rules for each notification event. Events include: Requirement assigned, Status updated, Comment submitted, Deleted, Comment replied, User @-mentioned, CC added, Participant added, Relation added, and Relation removed. For each event, set the recipients (such as creator, assignee, participants, CC'd users, user replied to, @-mentioned user, and added member) and notification channels (on-site message & DingTalk and email). By default, all are enabled.

Template settings

Projects created from a project template automatically inherit its notification rules. However, you can customize these settings within an individual project to meet its specific needs. On the Notifications settings page, select the requirement tab to configure recipients and channels for each event. Events include: Requirement assigned, Status updated, Comment submitted, and Deleted (recipients: creator, assignee, participants, and CC'd users); Comment replied (recipient: user replied to); User @-mentioned (recipient: @-mentioned user); CC added and Participant added (recipient: added member); and Relation added and Relation removed (recipients: creator and assignee). Notification channels include on-site message & DingTalk and email, each of which can be enabled independently.
