This topic describes how to attach a Resource Access Management (RAM) user to DingTalk to manage and use DingTalk services more effectively. The process involves attaching an Apsara DevOps organization to a DingTalk organization, granting authorization, attaching the accounts, and verifying that you can receive work-related notifications.
Prerequisites
You must have a valid RAM user and a DingTalk account.
The DingTalk account must have administrator or sub-administrator permissions to grant authorization.
Procedure
Before you attach an Apsara DevOps organization to a DingTalk organization, install the Apsara DevOps application in the DingTalk organization. For more information, see Install Apsara DevOps in DingTalk.
Click the invitation link from the Apsara DevOps administrator or the notification link in a DingTalk message to open the logon page.
On the logon page, select Log on as RAM user in the lower-right corner (RAM user overview), and enter your authentication information to log on.

Go to Attach a RAM user to a DingTalk account to attach the accounts.
After you complete the preceding steps, ask another user to create and assign a new work item to you, such as a requirement, task, or bug, to verify that you can receive DingTalk notifications. Note: Notifications are not sent for work items that you assign to yourself.
